Order Cancellations

- If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Returns & Replacements
- We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee for books that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
- To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with order details.
- A replacement will be shipped at no extra cost once the returned item is received and verified.
๐น Unboxing Video Requirement
- For any claim of damage, defect, or missing item, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the parcel being opened from the sealed condition.
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Books once delivered in good condition are not eligible for return.
- No refunds/replacements will be offered for damages caused by misuse or mishandling after delivery.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
